Registration

College of Professional Studies (CPS) students are registered each semester during the early registration period. CPS students follow a cohort schedule (subject to change) and are registered for courses according to this schedule, by the college.

• Students are eligible for early registration if their account is current and they have no other holds on their account.

• Students can view their registration each semester by clicking on the Banner Self Service Link from the Student tab in USFConnect.

• Students with outstanding balances and/or holds from the current semester are not eligible for early registration.

• CPS students who are not registered by the college during early registration and whose accounts and/or registrations are not current should make payment arrangements with One Stop Enrollment & Financial Services.

• Courses taken outside of the cohort schedule must be paid for at time of registration.

Tuition Payment Policy

Tuition payment due dates for each semester are:

• Summer: May 1st

• Fall: August 1st

• Spring: January 2nd

On that date, payment in full for the term is due or the first installment payment is due for those students who have enrolled in the Payment Plan. To avoid registration cancellation for the term, students are required to submit payment by the tuition payment due date. Information about the payment plan is available at www.usfca.edu/paymentplan If registration is cancelled for non-payment, reinstatement of registration is contingent upon sufficient payment to bring the student’s account current and may require permission of the College of Professional Studies. Billing

Bills are sent electronically through email notification to your USFConnect account using ebill & epay, USF's online billing and payment system.
